About this role:

The Warehouse Admin Assistant is responsible for performing general warehouse administration, filing, and assisting the warehouse logistic executive in processing shipment orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general admin duties.
  • Coordination with various divisions to support the daily logistics and distribution operations.
  • Responsible of procurement of non-trade items
  • Communicate and liaise with various internal and external parties pertaining to incoming and outgoing shipments/orders.
  • Ensure all orders and documents are efficiently filed.
Requirements:
  • At least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
  • Experience in Logistics and/or purchasing and/or with ERP system is a must.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office software such as MS Excel and MS word
