We are currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Administrator. As a Warehouse Admin, you will support daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth coordination, accurate records, and timely movement of goods. This role works closely with the Warehouse Manager and operations team and is suited for someone looking for a supporting, part-time role in warehouse and logistics operations.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Compliance:
Support daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch) and assist with compliance to SOPs and basic Singapore import/export documentation.
Supplier & Logistics Coordination:
Assist in coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to track shipments, follow up on delivery schedules, and report discrepancies or delays.
Cash & Inventory Administration:
Handle cash reconciliation from drivers, maintain accurate inventory records, support stock movements, reconciliations, and periodic stock counts.
Process & Team Support:
Prepare basic operational reports using Microsoft Office, flag issues to the Warehouse Manager, support warehouse assistants, and help maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or operations support (assistant-level experience is acceptable).
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Basic understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory handling.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Able to work part-time.
Singaporeans / PRs preferred.
