Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with the team to ensure the smooth delivery of goods to our end customers using a vehicle provided by the company;

• Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and well serviced;

• Our last mile delivery combines both in-house and third-party logistics so coordination between the parties is crucial;

• Pick and Pack alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for deliveries;

• Utilise the Odoo ERP System as part of inventory movement, stock take & cycle count activities;

• Utilise our own reach truck to carefully stack and place pallets of goods on our racking systems (at work training provided);

• Label stocks (as required);

• Liaise with team members and forwarding agents to ensure timely delivery to customers

• Ensure good housekeeping in the store and comply with safety regulations (workman’s and stock insurance is in place for the company);

• Perform other duties as and when required by the management

Company is expanding and the Executive will have the opportunity to be promoted or to move into other logistics functions within the company. Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years warehouse / store or administrative experience will be an advantage

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• PC Literate, Knowledge in MS Word & Excel

• Able to do physical work activities

• Driving / Fork-lift license will be an advantage

• Good communication skills and team player

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

We have a strong sales presence in the premium segment of the market covering hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and various online platforms. Additional Info :

• 5-day work week. 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday

• Additional allowance / time off will be provided for employees who are able to work half day on Saturday or Sunday morning.

• Individual Bonus as set by the company’s management

• Able to commence work immediately is an advantage.

• Medical allowance towards the purchase of private insurance or use by employee of wellness activities.

• All employees are covered on workman’s injury insurance.
