Check, test, and prepare event items and equipment before deployment
Troubleshoot basic technical or mechanical issues and perform simple repairs when needed
Ensure all items are clean, complete, and in good working condition
Event Setup & Teardown
Assist with loading, unloading, setup, and teardown of event equipment
Follow setup plans and timelines to ensure smooth event execution
Ensure proper packing and return of equipment after events
On-Site Event Support
Provide on-site operational support during events
Respond quickly to issues or changes during events
Support event crew and clients to ensure a positive event experience
General Operations Support
Assist with warehouse or storage organisation when required
Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures at all times
Support ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned
