Job Summary of WIC- Responsible for Warehouse and Controlling.- Responsible for Stocks Dispatch and checking.POSITION OVERVIEW: WIC performs stocks/materials controller and planning, and its primary focus is on scheduling and controlling inventory levels according to the manufacturing capacity.KEY RESULTS AREAS- Dispatching/Checker- Reporting and documentation- Production MRF- Inventory Controller- Deliveries and receiving materials- ForecastingDuties and Responsibilities1.0 Performs and monitors the issuances or releasing of stocks2.0 Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely fashion in all departments involved3.0 Obtains and understands all documentation for making batches. Ensures correct quantity in and out are used for each production batch.4.0 Implementing rules and regulations set and approved by the management in terms of material planning and control.5.0 Perform dispatching/checking of all products and equipment as approved by the immediate superior6.0 Ensures all materials returned to inventory have the right quantity and information.7.0 In charge of the daily, monthly, and year-end inventory8.0 Ensures capacity requirements that there is adequate raw/packaging materials inventory on hand and reduces costs associated with the misallocation of resources9.0 Monitors raw/packaging materials usage10.0 Refers issues/problems to immediate superior immediately11.0 Communicates with QA and Production team when materials are needed12.0 Completes all paperwork and daily documentation in a timely manner14.0 Assist other technical persons doing company manuals regarding warehousing FIFO/FEFO method.15.0 Implement and Observe FIFO/FEFO system.16.0 In charge of material controls in the Quick Book system.17.0 Encoding materials in and out18. Prepare various warehouse-related status reportsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per monthSupplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
