Job Description

Responsibilities:

Perform container stuffing and unstuffing operations Assist with unloading containers, sorting, counting, receiving WMS and palletizing of stock in the warehouse Receive and release cargo to consignees or forwarders; assist customers in locating and tracing import cargo in the warehouse Physically inspect all cargo for visible damage before any movement Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery. Load and unload goods, including operating a forklift if certified. Conduct stock-taking and inventory checks to maintain accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment. Adhere to all health, safety and quality standards and procedures. Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of products meets customers' expectations and business timelines Utilize handheld units to pick items according to the Warehouse Management System Inspect items to ensure they're not damaged or faulty Pack products with care, ensure products are securely packed and the exterior box is not damaged. Ship and fulfil customer orders in inventory systems, WMS, Shopify and In-house delivery App Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Assist with unloading containers, sorting, counting, receiving WMS and palletizing stock in the warehouse Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring stock levels on picking shelves are maintained and monitor stock inventory and expiry dates Perform stock takes bi-annually on all products in the warehouse, as well as participate in scheduled cycle counts Maintain a safe and clean workspace and environment Wears long pants and covered shoes as and when required Carry out all warehouse tasks in compliance with safety standards and company SOPs. Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies as and when required in a timely manner Undertake necessary training to operate warehouse machinery Forklift license and operation (or willing to get license) Other duties as assigned by Management

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (6 PM to 2 AM)


Sunday (2pm to 11AM)


Saturday OFF

Requirements:

Degree/Engineering Degree with relevant work experience At least 2-3 years of experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Physically fit and able to lift cargo up to 20kg.

Able to lift and maneuver heavy items.

Willing to work in a fast-paced and occasionally temperature-controlled environment. Good communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. A team player with a positive and proactive mindset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
