Job Description

- Position Title: Warehouse Assistant
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5.25 working days (Mon to Fri, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; Alternate Saturday 8:30 AM-12:30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance ($200) + Mobile Reimbursement $50 + Quarterly Bonus + AWS + Dentist and Spectacle $200
- Salary Range: SGD 1,900 - SGD 2,500
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Ensure all orders ship per schedule and meet customer commitments.
- Coordinate and work closely with the customer service team to ensure the readiness of cargo for deliveries.
- Responsible for picking and packing of goods for shipment as per schedule.
- Perform warehouse admin and documentation.
- Ensure all inventory transaction is updated within the timeline and stock accuracy in the system.
- Responsible for stocktaking and reporting discrepancies.
- Housekeeping and maintenance of the area.
- Oversee & backup team members when required.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
