Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Warehouse Assistant
- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: 5 days (8.15 am-6 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + AL
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Pick & pack and learn to update WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- To provide efficient and effective administrative support to warehouse & operations function.
- Customer support - acknowledge customers' orders, update customers on the status of their order / ensure accurate picking and packing and release of cargo, prepare shipment freight bookings and documentation where necessary.
- Ensure total compliance with work processes and Bizsafe workplace safety rules.
- Other tasks as and when specified by management.
- Physically fit and able to handle 20kg-30kg of weight
- Candidates with relevant experience or working experience in warehouse environment are welcome
- Able to commit OT when needed
