Mon - Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (OT will commence after 5.30pm @ 1.5 x rate )
Sat - 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
Sun - Off Day

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team and assist in the efficient operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of warehouse control processes and possess a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day operations. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience.
Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming products in an organized manner
• Maintain proper inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
• Pick and pack orders accurately and timely for shipment
• Ensure all products are labeled correctly and stored in the designated areas
• Assist in loading and unloading items from delivery trucks
• Operate forklift or other warehouse equipment as required
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
• Assist with cycle count and regular inventory audits
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements: * No formal education requirement

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of warehouse control procedures
• Familiarity with operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and inventory management software
• Must be physically strong
• With forklift license is a plus but not required
