Job Summary:



Supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Maintains inventory accuracy, supervises staff, and ensures safety and compliance within the warehouse.


Key Responsibilities:



Assist in managing daily warehouse operations and staff. Monitor inventory, conduct stock checks, and resolve discrepancies. Ensure orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time. Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies. Support training, scheduling, and performance monitoring of warehouse staff. Generate reports and assist with process improvements.

Requirements:



Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with some supervisory experience. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS) and inventory management. * Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
