• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant Supervisor/ Warehouse Supervisor
• Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided at Jurong East MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 8.30 am-5.30 pm; Sat 8.30 am-12.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist your superior in ensuring smooth operations in the warehouse
• Provide OJT to new Warehouse Assistant
• Lead and plan assignments for a team of Warehouse Assistants to perform day-to-day operations
• Operate the forklift / VNA or any other material handling equipment
• Receive, stuff & unstuff / load & unload cargoes in & out of designated areas by operating a forklift / VNA or any other material handling equipment
• Check, prepare and verify in-coming and out-going cargoes using paper and pen or the barcode scanner
• Put away the cargoes at the designated storage area
• Pick the right cargoes according to the picking list
• Perform tally and stock count of cargoes against quantities and descriptions are given using paper and pen or barcode scanner
• Check forklift / VAN or any other material handling equipment daily. Report any deficiencies to superior
• Perform housekeeping in the operations areas
• Comply with SOPs, SWPs, and RAs
• Adhere to all company rules and regulations, including safety rules
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

• Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain preferred
• Preferably 1-year supervisory experience.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Preferable with forklift license.
