* Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding * Position Title: Warehouse Assistant Supervisor/ Warehouse Supervisor * Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transpo Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding Position Title: Warehouse Assistant Supervisor/ Warehouse Supervisor Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided at Jurong East MRT) Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 8.30 am-5.30 pm Sat 8.30 am-12.30 pm) Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Assist your superior in ensuring smooth operations in the warehouse Provide OJT to new Warehouse Assistant Lead and plan assignments for a team of Warehouse Assistants to perform day-to-day operations Operate the forklift / VNA or any other material handling equipment Receive, stuff & unstuff / load & unload of cargoes in & out of designated areas by operating a forklift / VNA or any other material handling equipment Check, prepare and verify in-coming and out-going cargoes using paper and pen or barcode scanner Put away the cargoes at the designated storage area Pick the right cargoes according to the picking list Perform tally and stock count of cargoes against quantities and descriptions are given using paper and pen or barcode scanner Check forklift / VAN or any other material handling equipment daily. Report any deficiencies to superior Perform housekeeping in the operations areas Comply with SOPs, SWPs, and RAs Adhere to all company rules and regulations, including safety rules Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time APPLY NOW!! Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain preferred Preferably 1-year supervisory experience. Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) Preferable with forklift license.
