Job Description

Qualifications:

• College level or any vocational course with a related working experience
• Minimum of two (2) years actual work experience in Warehousing operations
• Must be meticulous during checking activities
• With good communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of working under pressure
• Willing to work in a project based role (12months)

:

• Checks all incoming goods according to the details on the documents presented from the supplier (both local and imported);
• Inspects all the physical condition of the goods being received and strictly implement the guidelines in the business process for local and imported goods with defect;
• Signs the documents confirming the goods received matches with the documents presented;
• Transfers the incoming goods checked per pallet to the Locator prior to putaway;
• Checks all outgoing goods according to the details on the documents presented by the SAP Planners matching the physical skus and quantity to be moved out or loaded into the trucks or container vans;
• Signs the documents issued to the trucker or service provider confirming the goods issued were correctly loaded according to the documents;
• Ensures the Trucker's or service provider's representative likewise signs the documents issued confirming the goods loaded to be correct in good order and condition;
• Transfers the signed documents to the liquidation clerk confirming that the goods have been dispatched;
• Takes the pictures of the vehicle before, during and after unloading the goods; In the same manner, takes the picture before, during and after loading the goods
• Complies to Company Rules and Regulations, Processes and Procedures
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
