Job Summary:

• Located at Tuas Crescent (5 mins walking distance to MRT)
• 5 Days Work Week
• Basic up to $2,800

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Notify customers of any discrepancies via email
• Provide administrative support for order processing, fulfillment, and deliveries
• Assist the supervisor with issuing delivery notes and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
• Coordinate with import and export operations to maintain accuracy in documentation and invoicing
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Adhere to customers\' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain stock accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and participating in annual stock takes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes

Job Requirement(s)

• Minimum GCE \'O\' Level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse coordination role, preferable within a 3PL environment
• Forklift License would be advantaged
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
