About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and organized
Warehouse Coordinator
to support our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working independently to ensure smooth daily order fulfillment and stock management.Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack daily orders
accurately and efficientlyArrange courier shipments
and ensure timely dispatch of ordersPack and prepare weekly restocks
for delivery to retail storesReceive incoming shipments
, check quantities, and organize stock accordingly Maintaingeneral housekeeping
and ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Other ad-hoc tasksRequirements:
Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory handling is an advantage Able to lift and move boxes safely Organized, reliable, and punctual Comfortable using basic digital tools (e.g., courier booking systems, spreadsheets, Shopify)
Work Schedule:
3 days per week:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
