Warehouse Coordinator, Singapore

This position is responsible to perform the day-to-day warehouse administrative task and timely system transactions as well as to liaise with productions, 3PL and all other stakeholders to address the daily operational matters and to ensure a good documentation filing and managing the office administration. This position will have the opportunity to work on SAP system problem solving issues in relates to WM modules. Additionally, to support the Warehouse Assistant Manager & team in the administrative matters when required.

The Position:

  • To perform timely system receipt for direct & indirect materials, maintenance, and contractual services.
  • To generate daily production supply program for the manufacturing usage.
  • To perform system picks and post-goods issue for outbound shipment.
  • To ensure timely and accurate transaction, and good filing practice of documentation.
  • To liaise with other departments and 3PL on warehousing related matters.
  • To ensure compliance of rules and regulations established by the organization.
  • To support in all internal and external audits & inspection on documentation control.
  • To assist in problem solving of the SAP system issue in relates to WM modules.
  • To ensure good housekeeping and safety awareness of the office environment.
  • To assist the superior in updating and monitoring of KPIs & Trackers for the warehouse related operations.
  • To support other ad-hoc duties.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • GCE \'A\' Level/Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP system.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent, organizational and with good analytical skills.
  • Proficient in both communication and written English.
  • A strong team player, good inter-personal skill and able to connect with different key stakeholders.
