About the role

• This role is to handle the following key responsibilities mentioned to cover the areas within the scope of supply chain-related activities.

Key responsibilities include

• Assist and support the Shipping Executive on the daily operation flow within the logistics section.
• Prepare Export shipping documentation (Documenting the full spectrum of shipping documents including custom permits, certificate of origin, cargo insurance, legalization of shipping documents, etc.)
• Handling customer sample requests and performing order fulfillment on finished good products for our internal & external warehouse
• Attend to email correspondence with suppliers/customers & overseas agents relating to both inbound/outbound shipments respectively.
• To arrange an inspection with respective government authorities/surveyor relating to shipping documentation preparation.
• Follow-up, liaise with customer service & advise on shipment status for deliveries/shipments to customers.
• Communicate the status of shipping activities to appropriate personnel within the organization, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
• Any other duties & responsibilities to be assigned from time to time relating to logistics (Shipping & Warehousing operations) function.

About you

• Min. O-level or N-level with warehouse & shipping-related work experience.
• English communication skill is required.
• Chinese communication skill is a plus.
• Has supply chain-related knowledge
• Experience working in a food-related industry is a plus
• Hands-on excel, word, PowerPoint knowledge
• Practical knowledge of SAP application is a plus.
