Checks and receives all requisition slips provided by the Issuance crew and prepares all the items that are under their custody
Receive items for inventory being endorsed by the receiver (under their custody)
Ensures that there will be no discrepancies between issuance vs requested
Endorsed requested materials to respective departments
Do physical inventory taking of all materials (under their custody) every month-end or whenever necessary.
Coordinates with superior & warehouse clerks regarding items with discrepancies noted upon preparation
Responsible for assuring that all backload items that were delivered a night before were included in their stocks
Performs 5S in receiving area before and after work. Strictly observes and maintains 5S on the area of responsibility.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by superior.
