Job Description

Provide admin support to the Warehouse Team, the incumbent will be involved in general admin duties as such:Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Administrative duties involving warehouse coordination activities - PO, DO, Invoices.
\xc2\xb7 Co-ordination with Customers and freight forwarders for PO delivery & container truck-in schedule.
\xc2\xb7 Ensures proper documentation not limiting to sorting, filing and archiving.
\xc2\xb7 Perform data entry work to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information is capture in the system.
\xc2\xb7 Handle inquiries from customers, colleagues and management etc.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for effective administrative/clerical function in the warehouse office.
\xc2\xb7 Other ad hoc duties as per assignedRequirement:
\xc2\xb7 1-2 years of related administrative experience.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in high volume inventory coordination work
\xc2\xb7 Able to multi-task with excellent coordination skills
\xc2\xb7 Good with MS office such as words, excel
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in WMS will be advantaged
\xc2\xb7 Meticulous and independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
