Job Description

Job Summary Assists in day-to-day delivery service to local customers. Involve in the day-to-day activities of material movements and transactions, receiving incoming merchandise, inventory and processing outgoing shipments. May work in several areas to meet business needs. May perform other duties assigned by the Operations & Logistics Supervisor.Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customer at local site.
• Handles all relevant paperwork such as packing list, delivery order, Material cert etc. with regards to local delivery.
• Receives incoming goods from vendor/supplier by ensuring the goods received in good conditions and quantity is correct.
• Assist to input goods into warehouse and in system.
• Help to pack the goods and prepare for delivery
• Help to prepare the relevant shipping documents
• Labels products with Lamons generated labels.
• Help to maintain the warehouse and inventory.
• Participates in the daily physical counts and cycle counts to maintain an accurate inventory level.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack.

• Class 3 driving license
• Reads, writes, understands and communicates clearly.
• Basic math skills.
• Attention to detail.

• Minimum secondary school or equivalent.

• Experience as a driver.
• Some data entry experience is desirable or previous clerical experience.

• Ability to lift, climb, bend, stoop, push and pull.
• Continuous standing and/or walking.
• Moderate physical effort- working frequently with average weights of ten to fifty pounds or continuously with lighter weights.
• Good eye/hand/foot coordination.
• Ability to work in cold, hot and/or dusty environment, with noisy conditions.
• Occasional work outside in the elements.
• Must be able to become forklift certified.
• Must be able to lift fifty pounds independently.
