Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Meeting customer expectations
- Ensure career development and performance of warehouse staff
- Solving customer issue
- Assist in new project implementation
- Assist in allocation of manpower
- Manage and control staff grievances and measurement performance KPI in collaboration with Assistant Manager for ground level staff.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics
- At least 5 years of experience in Warehouse
- Knowledge of Airfreight operations will be an advantage
- Able to work under minimal supervison
