Duties and Responsibilities

Proper Store planning and management
Arranging proper packaging of products, when required.
Arranging transport and freight of goods – inward and outbound
Ensuring proper declaration of custom and duties, where applicable
Arranging adequate marine insurance coverage, where applicable.
Ensuring the security of all materials and goods under his charge.
Ensuring periodic stock count of material and all stock items.
Arrange with authorized freight and transport agency in the handling and transporting of goods and materials.
Acquire proper warehousing racking and storage system

Requirements

Diploma in relevant logistics discipline
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in the use of Warehouse Management Systems
Strong leadership and ability to work well under tight schedules
