Company Transport providedJob Responsibilities: Responsible for the setting up of operation systems, processes and ensuring the smooth operation of the packaging, warehousing and logistics activities Use of SAP system to create new grade BOM, upload data from Packing and Warehousing Operation, Material and Product Inventory Management Coordinate purchase of packing material and additive with Purchaser and validating delivery orders and invoices to facilitate the payment of good received Coordinating with Sales Logistics for the movement of SMFG and FG between warehouses Responsible for In-House Contractor Safe Management of Staff and Equipment Assist in production scheduling, planning and sale of wide spec inventory to maximize productivity Minimize Wide Spec Inventory at Plant external warehouse Optimization of packaging, warehousing and logistics operation Monitor and review environmental compliance and regulatory requirements Analyse and assess all aspects of packaging operations such as quality, cost, material etc. and make recommendations for improvement and/or change Execute process and safety engineering matters in close consultation with Technical department, In-House Logistic Service Provider and contractors on project matters Other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirements: NITEC/Advance Nitec/diploma/degree in any discipline or related to Chemical Process or Supply Chain Management Min 2 years of industrial experience in Warehouse and Logistic Management Independent and able to work effectively with individuals at all level of organization Familiar with SAP Plant Maintenance Module Good planning skillsCandidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button with the following information in the resume Work experiences and job responsibilities Current and Expected salary Reason for leaving Date of availability Education backgroundWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.THIEN CHING MEI (R2198032)EA Recruitment Pte LtdEA License No: 21C0492
