Logistics Executive (Permanent Full Time Role) Location: Pioneer Road (Walking Distance from Tuas Crescent MRT) Basic Salary: $2,500 to $3,000 + Transport Allowance Working Hours: 5 Working Days Benefits: Performance Incentive, Annual Leave, Medical and Dental Allowances/Reimbursement, Work-Life Balance etc.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to perform day to day warehouse activities and ensure proper and timely execution according to procedures
• Prepare full set of import and export documents. (Invoice, packing list, COO, B/L, insurance, L/Cs and etc).
• Source and negotiate of freight rates with shipping agents, forwarders and 3PL.
• Carry out shipment booking and monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Perform Custom Permits Declarations for Transhhipments/Import/Export/DP shipment,
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parities to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments.
• Handling of customers’ enquiries and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Control, update and maintain records for all stocks inventory and the movement of inbound/outbound cargos
• Assist to conduct cycle count and stock check in order to ensure 100% accuracy
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Investigation of incidents and accidents and reports submission
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience in a forwarding/shipping company with warehouse experience.
• Permit declarant license is required.
• Possess experience as an authorised Declarant with Singapore Customs
• Possess experience at a Licensed Warehouse is preferred
• Well-versed with the rules and regulations of the Singapore Customs
• Possess knowledge in warehouse inventory software (Microsoft BC365)
• Able to work under stress and independently in a fast paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Customer oriented
