Warehouse Logistics Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities Generate and process work orders, invoices and purchase orders Pick and pack products according to work orders Arrange for deliveries with third party vendors or contractors Arrange export shipment through freight forwarders Prepare invoices, certifications, tracking status and communicate with customers Ensure complete and systematic filing of all orders and shipping documents Perform periodic cycle and inventory stock count Incoming stock receive, check and storage Keep track and arrange for regular servicing of warehouse equipment Ensure availability of all warehouse materials Ad hoc duties as assignedRequirements Nitec and above in any related discipline At least 3 years relevant experience in a similar capacity Experience in chemicals, electronics, semiconductor or pharmaceutical industry preferred Computer literate Forklift licence a bonus
