Job Description

The Warehouse Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations for a facility managing approximately 6,000 pallets. This role ensures efficient inbound and outbound logistics, manpower scheduling, compliance with food safety standards, and operational excellence. The incumbent will also support QA activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives within a food warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Manage daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness Oversee warehouse operations handling approximately 6,000 pallets Lead, supervise, and schedule 20 ground staff, including manpower planning and shift coordination Ensure smooth workflow and effective goods movement within the warehouse Support the QA Manager in compliance checks, audits, and food safety requirements Ensure adherence to workplace safety, WAH, and operational SOPs Operate and supervise the use of forklift and boom lift equipment Maintain operational discipline, housekeeping, and inventory accuracy Coordinate warehouse operations courses and training as required Drive continuous improvement in warehouse productivity and efficiency
Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

Valid Forklift License Valid Boom Lift License WAH (Work at Height) Certification Proven experience in staff scheduling and manpower management Strong understanding of inbound and outbound goods flow
Preferred / Good to Have

Food Handling Safety Certificate Experience supporting audits and compliance in a food warehouse setting
Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience managing warehouse logistics operations Prior experience leading a warehouse logistics team Experience working in a food warehouse or food-related supply chain environment is essential

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
