Job Description

• Singapore Based (Boon Lay)
• 5.5 Days Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm // Sat 8am to 12.30pm
• Degree holder + Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager (3-5 year) in leading a team for cold room warehouse (-18 degree C) and logistic team preferred
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices + Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases + Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives

Job Scope (Responsibilities):Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company\'s policies and visionOversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operationsSetup layout and ensure efficient space utilizationInitiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and proceduresAdhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirementsMaintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and securityManage stock control and reconcile with data storage systemPrepare annual budgetLiaise with clients, suppliers and transport companiesPlan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise resultsRecruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employeesExperience in control inventory/ FIFO/ product expiry date in proper formula and formatReceive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided\xe2\x9c\x85 Wee Yuan Huan
