Job Summary





The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations at TSA Wines, ensuring efficient inventory management, compliance with bonded warehouse regulations, and seamless coordination of product withdrawals. The role includes serving as a backup driver when the primary two-person driving team is unavailable and requires a willingness to learn about draft beer equipment to support our beverage distribution.





Key Responsibilities





Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching wines, spirits, and beverages. Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage conditions for wines, spirits, and draft beer products. Coordinate withdrawals from bonded warehouses, adhering to Singapore's customs and excise regulations. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and bonded warehouse transactions using warehouse management systems. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol storage regulations, including temperature control for wine and beer. Act as a backup driver for deliveries when primary drivers are unavailable, ensuring timely and accurate service to clients. Learn to maintain, troubleshoot, and set up draft beer equipment (e.g., keg systems, taps, and lines) with provided training. Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to optimize operations and meet client demands. Conduct regular warehouse inspections to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Provide feedback to management on inventory trends, equipment needs, and process improvements.



Qualifications





Nitec; diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in beverage or alcohol distribution. Knowledge of bonded warehouse operations and Singapore's customs/excise regulations. Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial vehicles (preferred). Willingness to learn draft beer equipment maintenance (e.g., keg systems, tap lines) with on-the-job training. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, inventory software). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a physically demanding environment.
