Job Description
- Manage inventory through timely and accurate inventory updates in WMS & ERP
- Daily inbound/outbound delivery schedule arrangement
- Perform stock allocation with FIFO principle for outgoing orders
- Maintain proper inventory control and accuracy (System & Physical) and high
- Observe safe warehouse practices and security
- Conduct investigation on irregularities such as damages or stock discrepancy and
- Communicate and coordinate operations with other plant personnel and functions
- Perform any other work related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by
Requirements:
- Preferably with 1 year relevant experience in warehouse operations; Suitable
- Preferably with forklift license / Class 4 license / other applicable certifications
- Microsoft Dynamics WMS software knowledge will be an advantage
- Must be a responsible and resourceful team player who is able to make sound
- Good interpersonal, management and problem solving skills
- Ideally with production industry background in the Oil & Gas or related industries
- Fresh graduates with positive attitudes to learn are welcome
- Able to start work immediately or short notice would be an advantage
- Located at Tuas, Jurong
