Adecco is partnering a global logistics and supply chain management company, specializes in freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution services across various industries!The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management company, we are looking for Warehouse Operation Supervisor to join their business! Reporting to the Operation Manager, based at client site located at Jurong Island, where you will oversee a team and manage daily operation.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: West Region, Jurong Island
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary Package: up to $3,500 basic + AWS + VB

The Job:

• Daily Warehouse Operations Supervision: Oversee operations, conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure order fulfillment and delivery timelines meet customer requirements.
• Inventory Accuracy and Audits: Perform monthly and yearly audits and stocktakes to maintain high accuracy and accountability.
• Internal and External Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders for prompt issue resolution.
• Warehouse Space Optimization and 5S Compliance: Optimize warehouse space and implement 5S housekeeping practices in line with Standard Operating Procedures and HSSE requirements.
• Operational Excellence: Continuously improve processes to align with corporate strategy and meet customer needs.

The Talent:

• At least 5 years of related experience in warehouse and inventory.
• Comfortable to commute and work in Jurong Island.
• Proven technical and leadership experience.
• Possess Class 3 License.
