• Position Title: Operations Executive
• Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided, Islandwide)
• Working Hours: 5 days (M-F, 8 AM-5 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + Incentive + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising warehouse/bagging operations, including deployment of operators and equipment and inventory management
• Manage daily operations and ad hoc requests and requirements from customers
• Fully support all process improvement works/projects \xe2\x80\x93 automation, digitalization & engineering/technical operations related
• Handle all productivity/monthly/ad-hoc reporting, internally and externally
• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and health requirements
• Look for and work on continuous improvement of productivity

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering \xe2\x80\x93 Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
• About 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in an industrial environment with exposure in logistics/warehousing management \xe2\x80\x93 inventory management, material reconciliation & process improvement.
• Strong in managing teams & optimisation skills
• Great problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communicator and IT savvy
• Possess a valid forklift license, preferred
