Job Responsibility:
Deployment of daily tasks to each team members;
Manage the attendance and discipline of team members;
Provide training and motivate team members to achieve 100% stock accuracy and 100% on-time picking and packing
Trouble shooting whenever necessary
Manage the MHE / assets used by the team
Report to and support Operation Manager to achieve goals
Job Requirements:
Min NITEC/ GCE "O" level and above or relevant education qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
Good communication skills and detail-oriented;
Able to work under pressure, willing to learn, and take on new responsibilities
