Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: Up to $8,200 (depending on experience)
• Annual Wage Supplement & Leave
• Mon-Fri, 8.30am-6.15pm
• Location: Changi South / Upp Changi Road (next to MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Lead 150-180 employees across three sites.
• Strategically manage warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance and meet customer expectations.
• Accountable for P&L performance and budget control.
• Implement initiatives for enhanced efficiency.
• Foster customer engagement and contract renewals.
• Enforce security and safety measures.
• Optimize budget and resource allocation.
• Drive process improvement and streamline operations.
• Cultivate a culture of best practices.
• Provide training and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure upkeep of storage and office areas.
• Maintain quality standards and drive improvement.
• Handle ad hoc business matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree holder.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
• Proven track record managing over 100 headcounts.
