Job Description

Operational Support

Assist in planning and coordinating warehouse operations.

Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.


Monitor workflow and productivity.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records.

Conduct regular stock checks and audits.


Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Team Supervision

Supervise warehouse staff and delegate tasks.

Provide training and guidance to new employees.


Monitor staff performance and enforce safety protocols.

Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.

Schedule deliveries and pickups efficiently.


Ensure proper documentation for shipments.

Health & Safety Compliance

Enforce safety standards and procedures.

Conduct safety drills and training sessions.


Report and address any safety incidents.

System & Process Improvement

Suggest improvements to warehouse layout and processes.

Implement new technologies or systems to enhance efficiency.


Support digital inventory systems and data entry.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Maintain records of warehouse activities and incidents.


Assist in budgeting and cost control efforts.
