Key responsibilities Reporting to the Site Manager, your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Oversees and directs shift and/or yard operations to achieve the highest level of safety, productivity, and customer service with a constant focus on cost and efficient use of labour. Determines work procedures and prepares work schedules, analyses production errors and recommends/implements corrective action for assigned shifts. Ensures that reports, billing and labour payrolls are timely and accurate. Ensuring safe and efficient use of facility equipment. Communicates with Assistant Managers and/or Operations Supervisor regarding daily operational issues and events. Meets customers' and company's key performance metrics, goals and objectives Fosters a team environment within the facility and demonstrates strong leadership skills. Manages, evaluates and mentors warehouse colleagues. We're looking for Around 3 to 4 years of warehouse operations experience Experienced in managing warehouse with chemical/ lubricants/ dangerous cargos is essential A good communicator, team-player with a safety mindset Willing to work on-site in the West of Singapore
