About the Company

Acloudery is an early stage Singapore based start-up providing a fully integrated, cloud-enabled end-to-end direct to consumer retail and services e-commerce platform and logistics infrastructure as a service. We aim to enable small and medium enterprises to scale and grow their business effectively with global access to customers; and for larger enterprises to broaden their reach. What we are looking for

Acloudery is looking to hire a Warehouse/Operations Manager who will be in charge of managing the logistics operations of the company including warehousing and delivery operations. He/she will be managing the storage facility by registering and coordinating the incoming and outgoing stocks of customers, managing the picking and packing of customer products and organizing the deliveries. Working closely with the founders, customers and third party partners, he/she will work towards providing an exceptional level of customer experience.

What you will do

o Coordinate incoming and outgoing stocks, deliveries, and logistics of all customers\' stocks and products. o Manage and occasionally carrying out picking and packing process and general warehouse duties. o Checking and inspecting goods received for storage and ensuring they are accurate in quantity, type, and also acceptable quality. o Supervise employees such as pickers, packers and delivery drivers. o Monitor stock levels and carry out weekly stock takes. o Maintain storage areas by organizing floor space and adhering to storage design and process. o Selecting space for storage and arranging for goods to be placed in an efficient manner in the designated areas. o Ensuring a clean and safe operating environment for employees. o Removing hazardous products from the storage facility. o Welcoming and helping clients who visit the storage facility. o Handles and keep tracks of documentation including import/export. o Planning, scheduling and developing the most efficient routing for delivery drivers. o Execute system transaction to ensure accuracy in system and physical inventory. o Liaise with all parties involved in the movements of stocks, including third party logistics providers, customers and other vendors. o Complete paperwork for all deliveries. o Record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports. o Any other adhoc works assigned by management.

Requirements

o Able to start work immediately o Experience in managing small to mid-size warehouse and delivery operations. o Well organized, good time management and able to prioritize with sense of urgency. o 5.5 day work week. o Customer focused. o Meticulous and attention to details. o Ability to follow processes and procedure accurately. o Conscientious and rigorous in his/her work. o Willing to learn new skills, processes and technology. o Technology savvy. o Self-starter with motivation and takes initiative to constantly find better ways to operate and provide exceptional customer experience. o Good interpersonal and communication skills. o Proficient in Excel, PPT & Word. o Class 3 driver\xe2\x80\x99s license. o Experience of ERP system would be advantage. o Good command of English and Mandarin. Additional language is a plus.
