Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, picking, packing, loading. Ensure accurate inventory management through stock counts, reconciliations, and system updates. Coordinate and liaise effectively with inter-department related all warehouse and logistic concerns. Maintain proper storage and labelling of products in accordance with safety and quality standards. Perform inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality and availability against records, following established inventory control procedures. Monitor and improve space utilization and warehouse layout for operational efficiency. Assist on annual stock take and cycle count. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with workplace safety regulations. All other administrative tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 Years of experience in warehouse roles (aviation) Knowledge on CAAS, EASA, certificate of acceptance in incoming shipments Shelf-life monitoring for spares Computer literacy Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and logistics documentation. Physically fit and able to perform warehouse-related duties when necessary. Possess Forklift driving license For non-work pass holder only

5 days work week / 37.5 hours
