QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate
• At least 3 years of solid experience in ERP, Inventory or any forecasting related career in a construction and/or manufacturing industry
• Advanced in Microsoft Office
• Knowledgeable in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Can professionally communicates with suppliers, end-users, and colleagues using a variety of communications devices and media
• Basic Computer Skills preferably in MS Excel
• Good planning, organizing and analyzing skills; Fast learner
• Hard worker and able to work under pressure
• Computer literate very proficient in Excel and Microsoft word

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Maintaining an accounting of all inventory items and interfacing with other department staff to advise them of the status of the inventory at all times: Update daily and monthly inventory monitoring report for the incoming and outgoing stocks consumables, special materials, tools and equipment in the warehouse; Checks all items and corresponding details to be transferred from Main Warehouse to Project Site Warehouse
• Update databases and provide regular reporting of available stock
• Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
• Confer or correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications
• Coordinates to Procurement the maximum delivery of supplier especially for large size item to be fitted in provided warehouse spaces.
• Perform other duties as required.
