Job Description

This position will be responsible for the proper material preparations for the production of the finished product while performing visual in-process inspection of output. Provide leadership to warehouse department staff through education and example of the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures. Follow specified and trained work-order instructions Pulling of material items for pre-production processing Makes recommendations to management with respect to product and process improvements Assists with physical inventory Maintains the expected business level of quality control on all items produced Performs other related duties as required Coordinate warehouse staff work assignments Coordinating and reviewing warehouse staff training Monitor and report warehouse staff productivity

Skills and Abilities

Attention to detail and ability to follow written and directed work instructions. Ability to coordinate and work with team members in a professional manner. Requires basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplicatio,n and division * The ability to pull, push, grasp, bend, lift, and carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
