Job Description
The RoleWorking location: Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital
- To manage OT supply for surgical cases
- To manage the surgical supplies.
- Able to co-ordinate and communicate with all suppliers, hospital material management (MMD) and OT staff.
- To monitor and replenish surgical stock
- To ensure quality products and services rendered on time.
- To assist in the physical stock-take and follow through with all expiry stocks.
- To ensure proper housekeeping such as FIFO.
- Work closely with senior storekeeper and OT staff to maintain the surgical supplies at par level.
- To perform Goods Receipt within 48 hours upon receiving the goods.
- Secondary level
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- People-oriented, flexible, adaptable and positive work attitude.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills preferred
