Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.

Job Responsibilities

Manage, support, plan and organise day-to-day inventory and all inventory control process within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure daily warehouse activities are performed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

Ensure proper and accurate placement of all goods

Support order fulfilment, picking, packing & ensuring on time delivery of merchandise and minimal error in fulfilment orders

Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse team (about 10 pax), including training, scheduling, and performance management

Work closely with retail operations and cross functional teams to resolve daily operational issues.

Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Establish and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).

Job Requirements

At least a Diploma in Logistic, Supply Chain Management or any related field.

Possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience in Retail Logistic, or Supply Chain.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/WMS experience is an added advantage

Able to handle up to 20kg of load

Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and fostering a positive work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
