Role Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy, timely order fulfilment, and a safe, well-organized working environment. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to support smooth logistics and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and movement of goods to support business needs. Coordinate and monitor receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule. Ensure goods are stored correctly and systematically to maintain inventory integrity and accessibility. Lead and supervise a warehouse team of approximately 10 staff, including task allocation, on-the-job guidance, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with retail operations and other internal departments to address operational issues and improve workflow coordination. Review existing warehouse processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time. Develop, implement, and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance. Uphold workplace safety standards and promote good housekeeping practices within the warehouse.
Requirements

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience within warehouse, retail logistics, or supply chain operations. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP or WMS systems is an advantage. Strong people-management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
