Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on

Warehouse Supervisor

to join our operations team. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll lead warehouse operations, manage a team, and ensure safe, efficient movement and storage of goods, especially in a cold-chain environment.


You will play a key part in overseeing daily logistics and inventory activities to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations and environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching. Lead and supervise a team of warehouse assistants and forklift drivers. Operate forklifts safely and ensure proper equipment handling. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards (e.g. HACCP, WSQ). Monitor team performance and assist in staff training and scheduling. Report stock discrepancies, damages, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the food or FMCG industry. Valid

Forklift Operator License

(Singapore). Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills. Familiarity with basic computer systems and inventory software. Comfortable to work on a

5.5-day rotating shift

schedule. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred

Knowledge of food safety practices and warehouse hygiene standards. Experience working in HACCP or SFA-compliant environments. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
