Job Description
Warehouse Supervisor
Duties:
Supervise operations in the warehouse (unstuffing /stuffing, delivery/receiving, cutting etc.) Inform customers of any cargo damaged / unstuffing / stuffing photos upon operation completion Handle any ad-hoc arrangements such as cutting/fumigation and other services required by customers Monitor warehouse inbound/outbound and its space management Plan and distribute manpower/ resources / equipment to complete daily operational schedule Perform EHS site checklist and conduct daily toolbox meetings Prepare and issue gate in / out document for delivery and collection drivers Follow up on monthly meeting with customers Liaise with vendors for job execution and invoicing Lead team to rectify weekly safety findings
Requirements:
NITEC in supply chain / logistics or relevant discipline Able to work in an outdoor warehouse environment Experience to supervise 6 - 8 staff Possess a forklift licence is an advantage
