Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. You will lead a small team of two warehouse assistants, maintain stock accuracy, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Management

Supervise warehouse activities including goods receiving, storage, and dispatch Lead and motivate a team of warehouse assistants to meet operational targets Maintain workplace safety, health, and cleanliness standards

Inventory Control & Documentation

Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Delivery Orders (DO) Organize, allocate, and label stock accurately Conduct periodic stock counts and manage internal stock transfers Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies

Team Training & Development

Conduct GMP and in-house training for warehouse staff Support staff in achieving performance goals Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste Manage waste disposal in compliance with NEA regulations

Stock Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor and report missing or lost inventory promptly Ensure accurate product labeling according to customer requirements

Requirements

Minimum O-Level or equivalent qualification 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations (FMCG experience preferred) Knowledge of GMP standards and warehouse safety protocols Proficient in warehouse documentation, inventory management, and stock control systems Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage Valid forklift license Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
