Job Description
Inventory and warehouse
- Monitors and report current inventory levels everyday, investigate and report any discrepancies in inventory records to office if actual store inventory do not tally with computerized records.
- Inform to office to place order when inventory levels are low
- Ensures that warehouse is clean and well organized
- Prepare and load goods to lorry for delivery everyday
- Receive and unload goods from suppliers (container load)
- Do quality check for goods receive, reject those defective goods
- Arrange and organize the goods to warehouse
- Moves and restructures organization of goods in warehouse to make space for new inventory.
- Assists in cleaning and organizing the store upon closing.
- Deliver 20-30 invoices everyday
- Familiar with Singapore road
- Ensure goods delivered to customers are in their original good condition
- Take care of the vehicle - weekly checking and washing
- Efficient and accurate
- Candidates must have good communications skills and be able to multi-task work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Candidates must be able to work working on shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates must able to handle the weight of big items such as fridge/washer/television.
- 6 Days work week
