Job Description

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the maintenance and operational support of SAP daily operations.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for providing Materials and Spares Support to Maintenance & Operations Department.

\xc2\xb7 Close coordination with Planner, Material Coordinator and Logistics Team Leader.

\xc2\xb7 Manage Spare Parts database, develop minimum stock level with Engineers and ensure Lead Time, Category, Vendor, Manufacturer, etc are in place.

\xc2\xb7 A ssist in managing Materials and Service Receipt.

\xc2\xb7 Keep Material Master Database in Neat and Manageable condition.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in setting up procedures to maintain Material Master Database.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in setting up Bar-coding system to maintain Warehouse.

\xc2\xb7 Member of Logistics team to ensure smooth Warehouse Operation.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all the warehouse spares are kept in recommended conditions.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all the warehouse spares are kept in correct locations.

\xc2\xb7 Train junior staff on warehouse management systems.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Possess at least 5 years of Warehousing.

\xc2\xb7 \'N\' Level of higher

\xc2\xb7 Able to work after office hours during emergency, night shifts during plant Start-up and Shutdown.

\xc2\xb7 Primarily self-directed with a high degree of self-initiative

\xc2\xb7 Good written and communication skills in English

\xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge of SAP system.
