Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on and organized

Warehouse Supervisor

to manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, staff supervision, and logistics coordination. The role involves overseeing the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods while ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with health and safety standards. A strong background in procurement or sourcing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage vendor databases and warehouse metrics. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of maintaining operational efficiency and supporting supply chain goals.

Supervising warehouse employees and daily activities. Managing inventory by tracking shipments, deliveries, and stock levels. Ensuring accuracy in orders, bills, and deliveries. Managing vendor databases and procurement documentation. Overseeing the receiving, storage, and shipping of products. Maintaining health and safety compliance and conducting daily inspections. Coordinating warehouse equipment and fleet maintenance. Preparing documentation and reporting on warehouse metrics. Training, guiding, and evaluating warehouse staff.

Job Requirement:

Min Diploma in supply chain or business administration, or a related field. Experience in procurement or sourcing processes. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance. Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and contract management. * A valid forklift license will be considered an added advantage.
