Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including

inventory management, order fulfillment, inbound/outbound logistics, and distribution coordination

. Lead, train, and supervise a warehouse team to ensure high performance, teamwork, and adherence to company standards. Ensure proper

storage, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and organization of inventory

to support efficient picking, packing, and timely dispatch. Supervise and participate in the

loading/unloading of containers and vehicles

, ensuring goods are handled safely and stored correctly. Monitor stock accuracy through

regular cycle counts, stock checks, and reconciliation of discrepancies

. Ensure

compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations

, company policies, and best practices. Maintain a

clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

, reinforcing safety protocols and housekeeping standards. Implement and improve warehouse SOPs and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Monitor KPIs

(e.g., order accuracy, on-time dispatch, stock variance) and report performance to management. Work closely with the sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination of customer orders and stock replenishment. Support the

implementation and usage of warehouse management systems (WMS)

to optimize inventory and order tracking. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Perform all other tasks or ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, preferably within

Wholesale/Retail or FMCG

industries. Strong leadership with a hands-on, proactive approach and ability to motivate a team. Familiarity with

warehouse systems (WMS/ERP)

, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes. Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
