Job Description



Supervise and manage a team of warehouse storekeepers to ensure efficient inventory handling and order fulfilment in compliance with SOPs and safety standards. Oversee goods receiving, proper storage, and accurate picking and packing. Conduct monthly stocktakes and address discrepancies promptly. Plan and schedule working roster to ensure sufficient manpower for daily operations. Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., Logistics, Customer Service) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. Support staff onboarding, on-the-job training, and performance management to develop team capabilities. Drive operational improvements and promote best practices to maintain a safe, organised, and productive warehouse environment.



Requirements



Nitec or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields (preferred) 3-5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and safety standards Effective communication and leadership skills for managing teams * Proactive problem-solving skills and a mindset for continuous improvement
